Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal problems involving the joints, bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue.
It uses a hands on approach to treatment to alleviate the symptoms of

•    Back and neck pain
•    Frozen shoulder and arm problems including tennis/golfers elbow
•    SiJ pain, hips and leg problems
•    Pre and post natal back pain
•    Acute and chronic injuries

Osteopathy not only treats your condition it also looks at ways to find out why these symptoms have occurred what possible causes triggered the pain and is one of the most important aspects of how we can prevent symptoms returning.
The techniques an Osteopath uses are quite varied and include stretching, massage, joint manipulation, exercises and a home rehabilitation plan to improve your mobility, strength or flexibility.
